Our Services

Do you have to meet my dog first?

Yes! Get in touch and we will arrange a complimentary visit to ensure your dog feels safe, and can get to know and trust us.

What is your cancellation policy for walks?

We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

What is your policy on vaccinations?

We require all dogs to be up to date on their vaccinations.

How do I pay?

We require payment in advance for all services. We currently accept payment by bank transfer.

How will you be able to collect and return my dog when I am out?

If you are out of the house, we will need a key to access your home. We highly recommend that you purchase an outdoor key safe. Alternatively, you can purchase one through us which will include fitting free of charge. Please contact us for more information.

Dog Walking

What areas do you offer dog walking services in?

We provide dog walking services in Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Ickenham, Ruislip and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm if we cover your location.

How long are the walks?

Our standard walks are 30 minutes or 60 minutes, but we can customise the duration based on your dog's needs. The walk time does not include pick-up and drop-off.

Will my dog be walked with other dogs?

We offer both individual and group walks. Group walks are limited to 4 dogs to ensure safety and attention. Let us know your preference.

How do you handle dogs who are shy or not good with other dogs?

We carefully assess each dog's temperament and group dogs accordingly. If your dog is shy or unable to walk with other dogs,  we recommend a more one-to-one approach.

My bitch is in season, can she still be walked?

Bitches in season can still be walked but it must be outside the group on a solo basis. Solo walk charges will apply during this time.

Dog Day Care

Can I bring my dog in for just part of the day?

Yes, we offer both full-day and half-day day care. Please contact us to understand more.

What is the drop-off and pick-up policy?

Drop-offs for a full day begin from 08.30 AM, and pick-ups must be done by 5.30 PM.  Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.

Do you provide food or should I bring my own?

For daycare, we recommend bringing your pet’s food, especially if they have dietary restrictions. We can also provide food upon request.

Dog Boarding

What are the boarding accommodations like?

Your dog will stay in our family home, along with our family pets. They will be part of the family for the duration of the stay. Safe, quiet spaces will be provided for down-time and they will be able to mix freely with our family. We aim to make your pet’s stay as comfortable as possible.

What do I need to bring for my pet's boarding stay?

Please bring your pet’s food, any medications, and comfort items like blankets or toys. We also recommend bringing your dog’s bed to make them feel at home.

Is there staff on-site 24/7?

Yes, we will never leave your dog alone for the duration of their stay.

Do you accept all dog breeds?

We accept all breeds, but for safety, we assess each dog individually before their stay to ensure a comfortable and peaceful environment for all pets.
